First, please ensure that the blinds are not obstructed by any objects. Individual slats may become stuck due to weather conditions and dirt, affecting the blinds' functionality. Make sure the blinds are no longer in motion to resolve the issue. Only then gently manually release them and clean the dirty areas with a damp cloth.
It's also possible that the motor is overheated and needs time to cool down. If the blinds are heavily used within a short period (within a few minutes) and do not move despite operating them through a switch or the app, wait for 5 to 10 minutes and then try again.
