First of all, please ensure that the network switch and the wireless AccessPoint in the control cabinet are supplied with power. The control panel is located in the hallway on the wall facing the kitchen.
Then check the LED light of the AccessPoint; this should light up blue.
Other possibilities are as follows:
Orange - AccessPoint is starting up (solid orange indicates a hardware problem)
Green - AccessPoint in gateway mode without clients
Rainbow - AccessPoint is being initialized/scanned
Flashing blue - Software update is being installed
Flashing orange - AccessPoint cannot find uplink
Also check the LED on the network switch, this should light up white. Other colors have different meanings:
Solid orange - The switch cannot connect to the Internet
Flashing white - Software update is being installed
Solid white - The switch is fully functional
Off - Switch has no power
If both the access point and the network switch are supplied with power and the Internet is still not working, please note the LED color and contact our support team.
