- Brand and model of your smartphone (e.g. iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S20)
- Which operating system is running on your smartphone? (You can find instructions for iPhone here and Android here)
- Which version of the GROPYUS app are you using?
- Open the app → tap "More" (bottom right) → go to "About" → check the version number
- Describe exactly what you were doing with the app when the problem occurred. (e.g.: I opened the app, tapped the "Living room light" button and the app crashed).
